Is my data private?
Yes. Your mood logs and progress stay encrypted on your device. Cloud sync is opt-in. We never sell mental health data — our business model is the Pro subscription.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Downloaded meditations, mood logs, and habit check-ins all work offline. The cloud only kicks in when you open the app online.
What if I miss a day?
You don't lose everything. Streaks come with a configurable “grace day,” your companion understands absences, and the AI coach adjusts its tone instead of nagging. Wellness isn't punishment.
Does Lumoki replace therapy?
No. We're an evidence-based support tool, but we don't replace psychotherapy or professional treatment. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a specialist.
